you are a voice

It is a beautiful thing this realization that God has given us full permission to be a voice. He has called each of us to speak up, to recall and remember all that He has done. He has called us to tell of who He is and to declare the testimonies of His goodness and faithfulness from every mountain top and every valley that has been written into each of our individual stories.
God created you to be a voice.
Not just any voice. You were created to be a voice that is able to translate the heart of God with great purity, reverence and sensitivity. God has anointed you. He has anointed your mouth to impart life with every word that you speak. You get to shape the course of history by declaring the goodness and the impeccable nature of God to all generations.
Please, do not tiptoe around this privilege. Do it with great courage and with confidence! It is the voice of your Father who has been leading you by the hand through each valley and up every mountain top. It is His voice in your life – His constant, steady, strengthening, graceful voice – that empowers you to be a voice. Be inspired by your Fathers voice. Let the curves of your lips define the times, write hope into future generations’ history, and tell of the mighty acts of God.
Be the one who recalls and remembers – the one who isn’t afraid to stand of the mountain top that your Father carried you to and tell all who will listen of the ways that His love has carried you.
You are a voice and your story is worth listening to.
